Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; combine wet ingredients in another.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures; fold in white chocolate chips if using.
- Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes; cool on wire rack.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let cool on the baking sheet.
