Method
- Combine cauliflower florets with rice flour, cornstarch, oil, garlic powder (optional), and water. Mix well.
- Bake or air fry the cauliflower until crispy.
- In a pan, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha, ginger, garlic, honey/maple syrup, cornstarch, and water. Cook until thickened.
- Add the cooked cauliflower to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, spring onions, and sliced chillis.
Notes
Adjust the amount of sriracha to your preferred level of spiciness.
