Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
- Cook chicken with spices until golden, then layer potatoes in a greased dish, add chicken on top.
- Mix heavy cream and broth, pour over ingredients, top with cheese.
- Cover with foil, bake 45 mins, then uncover and bake 15 mins until bubbly and golden. Garnish with parsley.
