Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Vegetables
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
Dairy & Broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Aromatics & Spices
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Oils & Garnishes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
  3. Cook chicken with spices until golden, then layer potatoes in a greased dish, add chicken on top.
  4. Mix heavy cream and broth, pour over ingredients, top with cheese.
  5. Cover with foil, bake 45 mins, then uncover and bake 15 mins until bubbly and golden. Garnish with parsley.

Ensure potatoes are sliced evenly for uniform cooking.
