Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Unroll crescent dough and press into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, sealing any seams.
- Evenly spread cooked sausage over the dough.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Pour over the sausage.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
