  • 1 pound breakfast beef sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and press into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, sealing any seams.
  4. Evenly spread cooked sausage over the dough.
  5. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Pour over the sausage.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
