  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix rice, broccoli, Velveeta, soup, milk, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer to a greased baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs if using.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and cheese melts.
  5. Let cool briefly before serving.

Notes

You can add extra breadcrumbs for a crunch or adjust seasonings to taste.
