Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Vegetables
  • 2 cups lettuce, shredded
  • 1 avocado diced avocado
  • ½ cup cheese, shredded
Optional toppings
  • as desired salsa, sour cream Optional toppings

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned.
  2. Add cumin, chili powder, garlic, salt, and pepper; stir well.
  3. Serve beef over shredded lettuce, top with avocado and cheese. Add salsa or sour cream if desired.
